I have been lucky enough this year to go to the Keukenhof near Amsterdam which at this time of year is a feast of colour with all the tulips in bloom.  However this Spring has been rather cold in the Netherlands - a bit like here I think, and some had not yet come into flower.  Buds can be seen in these images - but also lines of beautiful colour.
