A fabulous crop of tomatoes from Kate's greenhouse and a good selection of autumn veg from Derek's allotment.

May 13th

​

We are trying weed suppressant membrane following the advice of a friend. The holes are pre-punched and so far onions, leeks, lettuces and shallots are looking good.

April 20th

​

Spuds are in - we are growing Charlottes, Ratte & Apple Pink Fir.

​

Lettuce, rocket and spinach all need netting - big problems with rabbits and pigeons last year.

​

Even the rainbow chard is under a net!
